Athletico patient of the month May 2024

I am a professional ballerina with the Grand Rapids Ballet and this past season I experienced my first ever ankle sprain. It ended up being pretty brutal, grade 3, and I was so scared that I had done serious damage to my ligaments. Shannon was my therapist and helped me get back to my normal dancing capacity thoughtfully and intelligently – I owe the rest of my seasons success to her and the care of Athletico Grand Rapids-Knapp’s Corner!

Athletico has helped me regain my strength plus even more as well as increasing my knowledge around how to condition and prepare my body better for my sport.
