AthletiCo Opens 55th Physical Therapy Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin

AthletiCo opens its 55th center at 2615 N. Downer Avenue in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.  The opening of the Milwaukee Eastside facility marks AthletiCo’s first center outside of Illinois.  AthletiCo Milwaukee Eastside’s services include Physical Therapy, Orthopedic Rehabilitation, Work Rehabilitation, Sports Medicine, and Orthotic Fabrication.

It is located just blocks from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, south of Sendiks Food Market and across from Café Hollander—a convenient location for the Shorewood, Milwaukee, and Whitefish Bay communities. 

The opening of the Milwaukee Eastside facility has given AthletiCo the opportunity to transition Luis Rivera, PT, ATC, COMT, PES, back to the area where he wanted to raise his family.  A graduate of Marquette University, Rivera will be serving as the facility manager of AthletiCo Milwaukee Eastside.  Since graduating eight years ago, Rivera has been working as a physical therapist and athletic trainer in Phoenix, Arizona.  His experience there gave him the opportunity to work with several professional organizations including the MLB, NBA, PGA, and several major colleges including Arizona State University.  Rivera looks forward to bringing his expertise and experience to the Milwaukee community.
