2009-2010 BULLS SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES 
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY | PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE ODDS OF WINNING
(1) No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase a person’s odds of winning with an entry.

(2) Sweepstakes are open to U.S. residents of the area within 75 miles of the United Center in Chicago, Illinois. Must be 18 years of age or older on the date of entry. Employees, officers, directors, partners, equity holders, members and agents and their respective immediate family members and members of the same households, (spouse, parents, siblings, children, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside), AthletiCo Employment Services, Ltd., Chicago Professional Sports Limited Partnership, the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc., and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates are not eligible to participate. The decisions of the Sponsor, including eligibility of participants and selection of the Winners, defined below, are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

(3) The Sweepstakes begins at 9 a.m. Central Standard Time (“CST”) on February 8, 2010, and ends at 8 p.m. on February 22, 2010. To enter, email the completed entry form to specified email address. Entries must be received by February 22, 2010. Limit one entry per person, per season. The potential winners (the “Winners”) of the Grand Prizes will be selected by random drawing on or about February 23, 2010 from all eligible entries received by the Sponsors, as applicable. Participants need not be present to win. Winners will be notified by telephone, U.S. Mail, email or overnight courier by the Sponsor. In the event a Winner does not respond to any such notification within three (3) days of the date of notification or declines the prize, a disqualification will result and an alternate winner shall be chosen from among all remaining eligible entries.

(4) The Grand Prize will be awarded to three (3) separate entrants. Each Grand Prize will consist of two (2) Chicago Bulls tickets for Tuesday, March 9, 2010 versus the Utah Jazz and (2) two dinner certificates to the Skyline Banquet Room prior to the game courtesy of AthletiCo. (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of $170 per ticket), Grand Prize are collectively referred to herein as the “Prizes”). All Prizes are non-transferable and non-assignable to any other person, including relatives or friends.

(5) All costs and expenses associated with the acceptance and use of the Prizes not specified herein as being provided, including but not limited to lodging, transportation, parking, meals, taxes (including income taxes) and gratuities and other expenses incurred by accepting the Prizes are the sole responsibility of each winner. No substitution, cash equivalent or transfer of any Prize is permitted except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

(6) Chances of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

(7) By entering, entrant agrees to follow these Official Rules and hold harmless and indemnify the AthletiCo Employment Services, LTD., Chicago Professional Sports Limited Partnership, the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc., and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, partners, equity holders, members, employees, agents and representatives (the “Released Parties”) against any and all liability, injury, damage, loss or causes of action (however named or described) that may occur, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from (i) entrant’s participation in the sweepstakes; (ii) the receipt or use of the Prizes; (iii) the use of a Winner’s name, photograph and/or likeness as permitted herein; or (iv) any travel or activity related to the receipt or use of the Prizes.

(8) In consideration for being awarded a Prize, each Winner hereby agrees and consents, without further authorization, compensation or remuneration of any kind, to the use of the Winner’s name, photograph, biographical information and/or likeness in any and all advertising, promotions and other publicity conducted by the Sponsors, Chicago Professional Sports Limited Partnership, the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc., and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliates.

(9) Each Winner assumes all liability and risk for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this sweepstakes or the receipt or use of any Prize.

(10) Each Winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility/release of liability/prize acceptance form within 30 days of attempted notification before the Prize may be awarded.

(11) Sweepstakes void where prohibited by law.

(12) The Released Parties are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer or administration of the Sweepstakes or announcement of the Prize(s). In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these rules and those printed on an AthletiCo Sweepstakes form or elsewhere, the rules set forth here shall supersede.

(13) For a list of the Winners (available after February 23, 2010), mail a self-addressed stamped envelope after the sweepstakes ends to: AthletiCo C/o Bulls’ Sweepstakes, 625 Enterprise Dr., Oak Brook, IL 60523.
