IASTMInstrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization, often referred to as IASTM, is a technique that utilizes specially designed instruments to stimulate healing within chronically inflamed tissues, reduce scar tissue and help increase performance. |

Active Release Techniques® (ART)This technique can treat headaches, back pain, plantar fasciitis and knee problems among other conditions. ART is a soft tissue, movement-based therapy that clinicians use to evaluate texture, tightness and movement of muscles, fascia, tendons, ligaments and nerves. |

Blood Flow Restriction RehabilitationLow load exercise combined with Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) combats one of the most problematic conditions occurring in rehabilitation: the loss of muscle in the injured limb during the inactive period after injury. This technique uses a specialized inflatable device on an exercising extremity to reduce blood flow to the area of the body. |
Dry Needling TechniqueThis treatment involves thin filiform needles to target and stimulate underlying trigger points, muscle tissue and connective tissue leading to reduced pain, tension and improved activity. The needles are “dry” because they contain no medication. |
Lymphedema TherapyLymphedema therapy can help improve your quality of life by reducing physical discomfort and swelling, addressing scar tissue problems, and restoring range of motion. Lymphedema Therapy includes exercises, manual lymphatic drainage, and compression bandaging. Exercise promotes increased blood flow to muscles, allowing oxygen to be distributed. |
Myofascial Decompression (Cupping)Myofascial Decompression, also known as Cupping or Cup Therapy, is the therapeutic application of cups to help treat musculoskeletal problems. The plastic, rubber, or glass cups produce suction, which creates negative pressure underneath the cup. The negative pressure helps to decompress the area by lifting the skin and the layer of tissue underneath the skin, known as fascia, up into the cup. This temporary increase in space allows the underlying tissues to relax, which reduces pain and improves function. |
