A Statement on Racial Justice from Ron Rodgers, Athletico President and CEO

The death of George Floyd and the events of last week have shown us that issues related to racial injustice have been ignored for too long. That needs to change. It starts by taking a clear position as to where we stand as an organization, it continues with listening and it must result in real change. To that end, we activated the first of many listening sessions within our organization this week. Athletico employees have been invited to openly discuss with our Executive Team about what we can do differently as a company to move forward in the areas of social and racial injustice, inclusion and diversity. We will continue to work together to evolve our organization, to be sure all voices are heard and to do our part to affect change.
