In this newly established role at Athletico, Pete collaborates closely with the CEO to ensure the seamless alignment of talent and resources across all Resource Center functions.

Pete’s role includes identifying opportunities for growth, optimizing processes, and implementing strategies to enhance productivity and employee engagement.

Before joining Athletico, Pete served as Chief Administrative Officer at Enlivant and as Chief Human Resources Officer at WorldPay, Burger King, and Executive VP of HR at AutoNation. Pete holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Winona State University. With a proven track record in leadership and strategy, he is committed to fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
