Athletico Fantasy Football Injury Report: Week 9

We are more than half way through the NFL season, which means that injuries are starting to take a toll on many teams. To help Fantasy Football players navigate through these injuries, Athletico’s Athletic Trainer Jacob Dailey is offering insights into which players should start and which players should be benched. Stretch of the Week: Front Body Stretch

For November's Weekly Stretches I will teach you how to use a foam roller to stretch and self-massage the body. If you do not own a foam roller I recommend purchasing one! It's a very useful and affordable tool that can be purchased through one of our clinics.
