Pelvic health? Isn’t that just for moms? No! While pelvic health is certainly important for moms, it’s also important for everyone else—dads, birthparents, people of all gender identities, and people of all ages. Regardless of gender identity or assigned sex at birth, we all have the same pelvic floor muscles. These muscles are hard workers. They function in concert with the core and hip muscles to stabilize the body and help control urinary, bowel, and sexual function.
