At this point of the season, Fantasy Football players are either trying to turn their subpar record around, or trying to maintain dominance in their league. Happy Feet! Tips For Keeping Your Feet Healthy

It’s not uncommon for runners, cyclists and triathletes to have calluses, lost toe nails, pain behind the heel, bunions, and other aches and pains. Feet absorb so much force and can either make these activities comfortable or miserable. Fortunately, there are some things that can be done to help keep active feet pain-free, including exercises. That said, prior to beginning any exercise program, it is recommended to consult with your physician, physical or occupational therapist to determine which exercises are best for you. (more…)

Stretch of the Week: Top of the Foot Stretch

In the third week of September we will be performing the Top of the Foot Stretch. This is a bonus stretch because in addition to stretching the top of the foot, it stretches the shin muscles too! To perform this stretch you will need a sturdy chair. Please do not attempt this stretch if you have any foot or shin injuries. (more…)
