Welcome to Athletico Portage Park-Six Corners, where we treat many conditions, including back and neck pain, muscle strains and sprains, and sports and work-related injuries. Our clinic is conveniently located one block north of the 6 corners intersection of Irving Park, Cicero, and Milwaukee. We share a free parking lot with the Dollar Tree and Subway.
