Welcome to Athletico South Bend, where we treat many conditions, including back and neck pain, muscle strains and sprains, and sports and work-related injuries. Our physical therapy clinic is located at the intersection of Ireland Road and Fellows Street just east of Michigan Street and west of Ironwood Road. Our location is easily accessible from the US 31 bypass by taking the Michigan Street exit.
