Welcome to Athletico Wilmington, where we treat many conditions, including back and neck pain, muscle strains and sprains, and sports and work-related injuries. Our clinic is conveniently located on route 53 near downtown Wilmington and directly across the street from the Wilmington Collision Center. We in the small plaza with Farmers Insurance Group.
