Dan Guill is Chief Executive Officer for Athletico Physical Therapy, responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of Athletico’s network of more than 900 clinic locations. Dan has extensive experience in healthcare operations with a focus on developing high-performing teams and fostering strong, vibrant cultures.
Pete Smith brings extensive business expertise and a deep understanding of the transformative power of exceptional human capital on business outcomes and organizational culture. In this newly established role at Athletico, Pete collaborates closely with the CEO to ensure the seamless alignment of talent and resources across all Resource Center functions.
Joanne O’Malley, JD, MBA, CHC serves as Athletico’s Chief Compliance and Risk Officer. After joining the company in 2008, Joanne formalized and expanded Athletico’s Compliance and Risk Management program, enhancing its commitment to operating with integrity and maintaining a culture of compliance.
Brian Beaulieu, MPT, OCS, CMTPT, is a Senior Vice President of Clinical Operations at Athletico, overseeing operational and clinical excellence for 467 clinics across 13 states and the District of Columbia in the Midwest, Eastern and Southeast regions.
Kevin Richardson, PT, MPT, is a Senior Vice President of Clinical Operations at Athletico, responsible for driving operational and clinical excellence for over 450 clinics throughout ten states in the Midwest and Southwest regions.
Chris Hanfelt, PT, SCS, ATC, CSCS is Senior Vice President Commercial Operations, overseeing the growth strategy for Athletico’s workers’ compensation, sales and marketing brands and new patient access.
Tim Winstead is Senior Vice President of Business Operations and Patient Experience at Athletico Physical Therapy, where he leads real estate, procurement, internal communications, and patient experience initiatives across the organization’s more than 900 clinic locations.
Rohit Burju is Senior Vice President of Strategy for Athletico Physical Therapy, where he guides overall company strategy by leading functions including strategic initiative program management, operations continuous improvement, clinical strategy and outcomes, and digital product management as well as overseeing service lines such as athletic training, home therapies, and telehealth.
