I’m so happy to have found the Athletico team in Stow, OH! It must have been their listening ear to my complaints and their attention to detail that has enabled me to live nearly pain free after three years! My doctor said that I have severe lumbar stenosis which causes my lower left side to ache. I had previously gotten physical therapy from two other places, done their prescribed exercises faithfully only to have reoccurring pain. Since Jeff and Mike started working with me my pain levels have shrunk considerably! I can now sleep through the night and walk upright immediately after arising! I can also now stand to do my housework for two hours or more. I’ve learned what specific exercises can strengthen my muscles to relieve the beginnings of pain, like when I’m half bending over my dishes. I’m so happy!
