During halftime of the Chicago Bulls’ February 18th game against the New Jersey Nets, AthletiCo Bolingbrook’s Mike Headtke, Physical Therapy Assistant, discussed ACL prevention and the importance of educating athletes on this type of injury. Mike also discussed how AthletiCo incorporates strength training and injury prevention into what they provide for patients and the community.
